Christina Richardson Employee Benefits Advisor

For more than 10 years, I have been professionally invested in maximizing employee benefits to support an organization’s strategy, culture, and employee experience.  I am experienced and knowledgeable in the group benefits insurance marketplace and specialize in all areas including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other voluntary benefits.

Since joining CAL in 2019, I have been advising groups in the design of their benefits packages to offer the most usable options for their employees. I work closely with our clients to understand the needs of the company and their employees while navigating the various local, state, and federal requirements and compliances.

In 2012, I graduated from Cal State East Bay with B.A. Human Development and a Minor Women’s Studies. I value continued education and professional development, earning my Associate Professional Human Resources Certificate in 2019. I am a member of California Association of Health Underwriters and recently (2021) joined ProVisors, Pleasanton 1.

I live in the East Bay where I love to spend time outdoors, hiking, camping with family and friends. I also dabble with many DIY and crafting mediums – beading/jewelry making, sewing, light construction projects.
