Shelter-in-Place Payback for CA Policyholders
In recognition of continued reduced driving behaviors, Encompass is providing auto policyholders in California with a Shelter-in-Place Payback for the months of September, October, November and/or December 2020. These paybacks are in addition to those made earlier in the year. Encompass policyholders should start to see their September, October, November and/or December 2020 Shelter-in-Place Payback primarily through a credit on their Encompass policy. This payback includes eligible auto policies.
Over the next several days, we will be sending out an email to eligible policyholders who we have valid email addresses, informing them of their payback.
