Our HR Consulting partner, Next Level Strategies, hosted a live webinar last Tuesday, December 8th. CAL’s very own Joe DeLucchi was the special guest presenter along with Abe Jabhan from ESM.
In this session, we helped business owners understand the new Cal-OSHA related COVID requirements which kicked in on November 30th. We also reviewed the work comp market and COVID-related changes to workers’ compensation law. Two laws will go into effect on January 1st, 2021, and you should be up on what you’ll be required to do.
