Travelers will be providing all California personal auto insurance customers a 10% credit on auto premiums from July 1 and December 31, 2020.
Customers will be notified about the credit via email or letter and then we’ll begin sending checks totaling the amount of their credit in mid-January. The 10% credit is based on the cost of the auto insurance coverage calculated, also referred to as earned premium, from July 1 to December 31, 2020.
We will share the customer communications and an update on the mailing date for the checks in early January.
