Please join NLS for their monthly COVID chats on the second Tuesday of the month (except this month) at 2:00! The workshops will be one hour and will cover a variety of HR issues that have come to light in the year of COVID.

How is this presentation different from the others?
We did hundreds of hours of research into COVID topics to author our 90-page COVID Management Guide for Employers. There is a ton of information out there – the challenge is sorting and applying all of that information. Our goal with these sessions is to distill the information into understandable, usable management tools that you will be able to in your organization. Half of our presentation time will be devoted to Q&A. You can submit questions ahead of the presentations or ask them during the workshop.
Our first COVID workshop will be next week on September 22, at 2:00. We will discuss CDC updates and the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), including the ins and outs of administering Emergency Paid Sick Leave (EPSL) and Expanded Family and Medical Leave Act (EFMLA) correctly to benefit both employees and employers (gotta get those tax credits!). We will spend the first 30 minutes presenting key points and the second half of the hour will be dedicated to answering all of your COVID related questions.
If you can’t make a session, we will be recording them and you will be able to purchase a link to listen at your convenience. The advantage to “being in the room” is the ability to ask questions in real-time.
